Whilst our team is exceptional, we (sadly) can’t create additional garden space if you don’t have it. How much room is in your garden has a big influence on the potential size of your garden room. Our bespoke design team can customise the size of your garden studio to match your garden.
Remember, when you’re measuring your available space for your garden room, you also need to account for boundary distance if you want to avoid planning constraints and build under permitted development law.
Our SIP kit garden buildings aren’t like other garden buildings – we know everyone says that, but we mean it. Our buildings are the Rolls-Royce of garden construction. Our modular garden rooms aren’t like conservatories or log cabins, and we certainly don’t make sheds!
What makes our garden studios so special is our unique materials process. We don’t use traditional brick or timber, instead we use a high-performing building material called SIP panels.
These structurally insulated panels are specially designed to have exceptional insulative properties as well as incredible strength. This means all of our units pass building regulations – they’re structurally stable enough that you could live in one if you wanted. It also means that our units are all cheap to heat and retain a comfortable in ternal temperature even if temperatures outside fall below freezing. Try getting that from a shed!
The SIPs are also what allows us to have fully customisable design. These pre-built panels simply slot together like a jigsaw, meaning we can configure your design to almost any specification. This is also what allows us to build our SIP garden studios faster than traditional building methods. Our prefabricated kits almost never require onsite adjustments, keeping our waste low and our building times quick.
Of course not! Thanks to our special SIP panel building materials, our bespoke garden studios have been designed to stay warm in any season. Our garden rooms are suitable for year-round use and maintain consistent internal temperature, so you’ll stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Our garden studios work best on either a solid concrete slab foundation or ground screws.
Whilst a concrete slab is preferable, ground screws are excellent for uneven ground and provide an extremely stable base.
