Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
- All SIPKits building kits are bespoke and manufactured specifically to the dimensions and specifications provided by the customer.
- Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, these items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period. We do not accept returns or cancellations once manufacturing has commenced.
Damaged or Defective Goods
We take great pride in our quality control. However, if any part of your kit arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the specific component immediately, provided that the following conditions have been met:
- Report within 48 hours: Notify us of any damage via [03300 533113 / 01254 947673] within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide Evidence: We require high-resolution photographs of the damage and the original packaging.
- Preserve Condition: Damaged items must remain uninstalled and in the state they were delivered. We cannot replace items that have been modified or installed.
Exchanges
Because every kit is custom-cut to your specific plans, we cannot offer exchanges for different sizes or specifications once the order is in production.
