My inquiry was handled by Max, who provided an exceptional level of service from start to finish. I chose to purchase a bespoke Garden Room with professional installation, and Max was incredibly accommodating throughout the process, readily incorporating the design changes I requested.

The project was competitively priced, and the installation team, led by Grant, demonstrated outstanding professionalism, dedication, and craftsmanship throughout. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and I am delighted with the finished result.

I initially contacted Sipkitsuk at the end of March. Max was quick to respond and fast forward to the first week in July and I have an 8x3m garden room/office with separate storage area.
Max was great, I had loads of questions and he was quick to respond to all of them. He explained the whole process from concept design, design approval, build and handover in detail and made sure I was happy before committing. This also included a visit from Max to my home to ensure the proposed design was fit for purpose.
During the build Max kept daily contact and was always on the end of the phone if required.
The installation team are a great set of people too, very kind and respectful and also very happy to discuss build processes.

Our garden room project was completed in just three days, and everything ran exactly as promised. Gareth was always on hand to answer any questions, no matter how small, and communication was excellent from the outset. A big thank you as well to Rob and Ricky, who built the garden room. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and were happy to explain what they were doing whenever we asked. The finished garden room has exceeded our expectations and we are extremely happy with the final product.

We had a great experience with SIP KITS UK, and I’d especially like to thank Gareth for overseeing our project from start to finish.He was always patient, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We even decided at the last minute to change our window and door frames from anthracite grey to black, and Gareth handled it without any issues. Fair to say SIP's Kit UK provide a great product at a good price.

Even though we had a few delays due to planning 'curved balls' being thrown at us Gareth & his team were there to support us and provided supporting documentation when requested by the planning department.

Ultimately delivering a wonderful garden room which we are now enjoying.

My one recommendation is that you use the SIP's UK installation team as they do a great job & know the install process inside out.

If you're on a budget (or not for that matter!) this is a great choice but without compromising on quality.

Really great product at a good price. Easy design process and Gareth had all the answers to my queries. We chose to have it constructed and really liked the ground screw option. Fitters did a great job. If you are on a budget this is a good choice but without compromising on quality. Just factor in additional cost for plastering, if you choose that, electrics and flooring.

We recently had a 7m x 4m garden room installed by SIP KITS UK for our home gym and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Great product and service was excellent from design through construction and even after sale. The image shows the garden office as built. We are going to get walls finished with plasterboard very soon.
