Our latest project is a bespoke Sanctuary garden room installation in Surrey.
The customer approached us looking for a versatile garden space that would provide a watertight, weather-proof garden room shell they could finish to their own specifications. We designed a custom sized garden room from our Sanctuary range measuring 4 m by 3.2 m to create a perfect fit for their garden space.
The installation used our SIP panel construction for superior insulation, complete with external cladding, EDPM roofing, windows and doors. Our team delivered a fully installed garden room with a watertight interior. The customer chose an unfinished interior without electrical work, allowing them to complete the inside of their garden room themselves as a DIY project in partnership with their own contractors.
This shell-only option is ideal for customers who have DIY knowledge or work in industries such as construction and already have the skills/knowledge to build a garden room themselves.
