SIP Kits UK have been the pioneers in the SIP building market for many years and have now created a range of DIY garden rooms that are suitable for the DIY or competent installer.
Our DIY garden room kits are built using structural insulated panels that allow for easier and quicker assembly on-site, these are prefabricated panels that are manufactured in our Blackburn purpose built manufacturing plant.

Our Garden Room Kits provides the insulated structure (SIP Panels) and external finishes for your garden room, supplied on a pallet, flat packed.
All our complete garden room kits are supplied with:-
- SIP Panels
- Splines – SIP joining splines to ensure that your joints are fully insulated.
- Rubber Roof, Trims & Adhesive
- C24 Timber – Openings, Windows and/or Door Recesses
- Window(s) & Doors
- Exterior cladding
- Fixings – Screws, Nails, Jointing Adhesives & Foam
- Fixing kit and full instructions and timber cutting list
How our garden rooms are delivered
Your garden/office room kit will arrive on pallets. Panels are stacked and wrapped to protect from the weather.
