I initially contacted Sipkitsuk at the end of March. Max was quick to respond and fast forward to the first week in July and I have an 8x3m garden room/office with separate storage area.Max was great, I had loads of questions and he was quick to respond to all of them. He explained the whole process from concept design, design approval, build and handover in detail and made sure I was happy before committing. This also included a visit from Max to my home to ensure the proposed design was fit for purpose.During the build Max kept daily contact and was always on the end of the phone if required.The installation team are a great set of people too, very kind and respectful and also very happy to discuss build processes.Thanks Max, Gareth and all of the team involved.I definitely recommend

Our garden room project was completed in just three days, and everything ran exactly as promised. Gareth was always on hand to answer any questions, no matter how small, and communication was excellent from the outset. A big thank you as well to Rob and Ricky, who built the garden room. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and were happy to explain what they were doing whenever we asked. The finished garden room has exceeded our expectations and we are extremely happy with the final product.

Great product and service was excellent from design through construction and even after sale. The image shows the garden office as built. We are going to get walls finished with plasterboard very soon.

Excellent service from start to finish. All details sent over on time fitting team arrived on time. The fitting team were very good summerhouse took 3 1/2 days to complete Highly recommend.

Gareth and the team at SIPKITS UK. Have been exceptional from start to finish. Even going out of their way to take us around the factory to see how the process develops. I felt able to talk the design through and Sam the designer listened and did exactly what we wanted. Everything was done on time and everything was so professional. Nothing was too much trouble and the installation team were very attentive and tidy as they worked hard throughout the days. I now have a wonderful garden room, which I can’t wait to enjoy for many years to come.

I had my garden room installed last summer and am delighted with it, it’s split into a floristry room with aircon and a relaxation area with tv for sports. The SIPS team could not have done more for us and the whole installation was seamless. Fantastic service and a fantastic end product..
